Graduate of Architecture - University of South Australia
2023 Jack Hobbs McConnell Travelling Fellowship Recipient
The more facets of architecture that I am exposed to the more I grow to love it. Growing up around construction sites and conversations in engineering, I was constantly intrigued by the built environment, but felt there was something missing. That was architecture and design thinking. As an aspiring architect, I value and hope to undertake design that is considerate and an enhancement to the environment and the lives of people that dwell within it. This interest has grown through my elective studies in sustainable and regenerative design as well as philosophies of intercultural placemaking and social sustainability. I aspire to be an architect that creates meaningful places, deeply connected to the communities they are designed for.
